If stored and looked after correctly, Organic Whipped Tallow is soft and smooth and not grainy. If it is grainy it means part of the Whipped Tallow Cream has melted and no longer homogenous due to being above 40C.

No, our Organic Whipped Tallow is triple filtered so there is no beefy smell.
